Paleo Chicken Recipes for delicious, easy to make meals!

Paleo chicken recipes often are the favourite amongst people who’ve transitioned to the paleo way of eating.

The paleo diet has been gaining a lot of popularity lately and people are noticing that they feel better and much healthier because of it. Some of that may have to do with the reduction of carbohydrates and elimination of processed sugar and gluten.

They are also noticing a real change in how their body not only feels, but how it looks and the shape it is taking. This way of eating really does help to achieve a perfect body.

If you wish to receive the benefits of the paleo diet, then you may want to consider checking out these easy, nutritious recipes. The great thing about this diet is the fact that it doesn’t restrict chicken. So here are a couple of paleo recipes that are not just healthy, but super delicious as well.

Popular Paleo Chicken Recipes

Chicken and Tomato Salad:

A very delicious lunch that you can have is this scrumptious chicken and tomato salad. This is a refreshing and light salad that is super easy to do. All you need to create this recipe are six simple ingredients. They include lettuce (romaine, curly endive, or mixed, assorted greens are great choices), baby tomatoes, one tender grilled chicken, “zucchini noodles”, honey and lemon.

Doing the preparation the night before makes it so easy to put together the next day.  Just cut up the ingredients, mix and toss!

Bake the chicken the night before or use leftovers from another meal and cut into bite-size pieces and mix with 1/2 head of lettuce, 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes, and zucchini “noodles” made with a Spiralizer, Manodlin and julienne blade, or Titan Peeler.

Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon) and drizzle over the stop. I also drizzle a teaspoon balsamic vinegar over the top. Enjoy!

Orange Chicken with Ginger:

If you have a yearning for Chinese food, minus all the heated oils and fats, this may be the perfect recipe for you. You can grill the chicken and prepare the marinate the night before so all you have to do is combine the ingredients the next day for a quick and easy meal.

Ginger is one of my very favourite spices and I can’t seem to get enough of it. I use fresh ginger in almost every meal I prepare and often use fresh slices to make delicious ginger tea anytime of the day simply by popping them in a cup of hot water!

Prepare the marinate by blending 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice, 1 teaspoon salt-free or low-sodium soy sauce, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon lemon, a small clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder depending on your tastes (I love curry so I tend to use more than most people). Set the marinate overnight in the refrigerator to give the flavours a chance to blend. This is a super combination of ingredients to add to any weight loss diet regimen as well.

One of the main benefits of this specific diet is the fact that it can go a long way in helping to promote rapid weight loss. Regardless of how much weight you may need to lose, this specific diet can work wonders for you if you stick to your plan that avoids high carbohydrates that convert immediately to sugar and avoid processed sugars.

The best food is the food you grow in your own backyard.

Eating wholesome food isn’t as difficult as it was just a few short years ago. Naturally raised meats and pesticide free vegetables and fruits are much more available as people grow more conscientious about what they choose to put in their bodies.

I prefer to buy organic foods, however I am very careful where I buy them as not all foods that are marked organic actually are. It’s always best to shop at trusted markets for the purest foods and the best food is the food you grow in your own backyard, which you have total control over.

If you are on a special diet for weight loss, eating foods like in the recipes here makes it seem like you are not even on a diet. The paleo chicken recipes above are not only tasty, they are rich in nutrients and low in calories.
